Two adult female doctors talking on the train:
“Have you ever noticed how often women have to justify themselves in male-dominated fields?”
“I know! I think I say, ‘Hello, I’m Doctor __’ about ten times a day. And the patients still look to my male interns to make decisions. I just want to say, ‘Excuse me. I’m his boss. And I make the calls for the patients on this floor.’ It’s frustrating.”
